About Sleepscapes

Built by a mother who knows the 3am hours.

Sleepscapes is a personalised sleep plan for your baby — written from years of British sleep education and one-to-one consulting, and priced so any mother can reach it.

The story

It started with two children of her own.

Sleepscapes was created by a mother of two. She lived the exhausted evenings, the guesswork and the well-meant advice that didn't fit her family — so she went and learned the subject properly.

She studied at the London School of Childcare Studies and qualified as a sleep consultant, then spent years working one-to-one with mothers who were struggling with their children's sleep.

Those sessions showed her the same thing again and again: good sleep support works when it is shaped around one particular baby and one particular household. Not a template. Not a timetable borrowed from someone else's life.

"Every mother deserves a plan that was written for her child — not a generic PDF."

What she brought back

Three things, folded into one plan.

Trained in London

She studied at the London School of Childcare Studies and qualified as a sleep consultant — sleep physiology, child development, settling approaches and safety guidance, learned properly rather than picked up from forums.

Years of one-to-one work

She then sat with mothers, night by night: the contact napper, the 45-minute sleeper, the baby who only settles in arms. Every session taught her what actually helps a real family at 3am.

Deep-learning technology

That experience is paired with deep-learning technology trained on years of Sleep Practitioner module content. It reads your answers and writes a plan shaped around your baby, your home and the support you're willing to give.

Why it costs £5.99

A £500 consultation, for £5.99.

A one-to-one sleep consultation with an experienced practitioner typically costs around £500. Sleepscapes asks the same intake questions, reads your answers the same way, and returns a structured plan of the same shape — routines, settling stages and review points — for £5.99.

The difference is technology, not effort. Years of module training and consulting experience are carried by deep-learning systems that do the reading and writing, so no mother has to wait for a diary slot or afford a premium fee.

Who it's for

British knowledge. Families everywhere.

Sleep is universal; family life isn't. Sleepscapes brings British sleep education together with your child's age, your routines and the support you feel comfortable giving. Whether you're in London, Lagos, Sydney or Singapore, your plan is written around your answers and your local bedtime.

Sleepscapes plans are educational and are not medical advice, a clinical assessment or a claim of professional accreditation. If your baby is unwell, gaining weight poorly or you're worried about their safety, speak to your GP or health visitor first.
